How much would you pay for this wordpress.com site

How much would you pay for the following:

wordpress.com hosted site
not related to any of your niches but a great "personal" blog on music
PR3
79,000 backlinks (number is high because there are quite a few that are sitewide links on large sites)
roughly 800 total posts
Incoming links include many PR4-PR5 and even a PR7.

I can't figure out why it is only PR3 though, maybe because almost every incoming link is a blogroll link?

What would you pay for a blog like this if you were going to use it as "private network" blog to help booster several of your money sites?

Also, this site make me thinks that my suspicions about blogroll links being discounted greatly by Google to be true.... What do you think about this?

I have a site that has 2 reciprocal blogrolls (a PR4, and a PR0) and 1 one way blogroll (PR4) and it's a PR4. That's all the links it has. The PR0 is now a PR2 probably because of me. Not sure that Google discounts blogrolls. Another one of my sites has a ton of reciprocal blogrolls and is a PR0 so it's the one way that did it.
