Has anyone had experience of having their content scrapped and used on a site like blog.ca which unfortunately ends up being higher in the SERPS? If so, has anyone been successful dealing with it? Someone from India is using my content and putting it on various platforms like blog.ca, blogger etc.

If you put a link back to your site in the first paragraph when you post, they should end up linking back to you in your scraped content.

DavidO, yes, am considering that. Or just leave it and get more links. Was just really frustrated earlier.
DeMerchant - they're manually scrapping the content text only, copy and pasting it onto their sites. They even do it selectively.
