I thought the downside with wordpress . com was that they would ban your arse for anything a bit commercial like evil affiliate links so WTF is this ? http://17thandriggs.wordpress.com/2009/ ... ony-shade/ no its not mine either!

They might just get away with that as they are linking to their own site, not affiliate stuff. I agree it sucks that some people can get away with murder while others of us are stamped on from a great height for pissing in the wind, but then Internet life would be damn boring... :mrgreen:

I had a blog on wordpress.com for a long time with all sorts of affiliate links and other promotional stuff because at the time I didn't know it was against their terms. However, they did eventually shut it down. I think it's just a matter of time before they catch you and sometimes it takes a while but eventually they will.
