Hopefully someone here can help me with this question. I don't even know if it's possible or not with the theme I have but I want to figure it out so here it goes...
Is there a way to make one post the top post on a blog and have it stay there above all the new posts? If so, how?
Here's the blog I want to do this on: http://work-at-home-based-business.com
I've seen it done on other blogs but it could just be the theme they are using. I don't know if it can be done on any WP blog. Any help is appreciated.

The newest versions of Wordpress don't even need a plugin for this. Just find the post you want in the dashboard, click Quick Edit, and check the box labeled Make Sticky.
