Outsourcing micro jobs?

Postby DavidO » Sun Apr 12, 2009 7:20 am

I have a ton of repetitive task to outsource.

Anyone know of a place to find someone to work on simple repetitive tasks? I tried mechanical turk (and shorttasks by default) and that seems a little too micro job, and too anonymous. I would rather have a single or a handful of people that I send emails to (or post jobs) where I define what needs to be done. elance.com requires a $50 minimum so that's out as well...

Thanks,
Dave

you can usually find stuff like that on digital point forums. There are lots of folks overseas willing to work for cheap. :-)

I just posted a job wanted posting. I'd feel better about going through some sort of website, though I'd probably end up paying for both the worker and the middleman. I just don't want any shady people or trouble...

I've been trying to find article writers on odesk.com, with mixed results. You can post jobs for all sorts of things such as programming and data entry too.
